Karoline, a self-confident, modern woman who has an open relationship with her husband, a theatre director, shares the upbringing of their daughter equally. While things are going well in her private life, things are bumpy at work: Karoline curates her first major exhibition at a museum, but her supervisor is not happy with her work. When Karoline goes out for a drink with the artist, a night begins that raises many questions.
