"VINCA VISION" is a short sci-fi essay envisioned as an ideological blueprint for new off-world colonies in the space colonizations of the late 21st century. This blueprint, a kind of time capsule, draws deep inspiration from the ancient Vinca civilization that mysteriously disappeared from the face of the Earth more than 6,000 years ago.
