Lianna is on the run in the English countryside, when she happens upon Greg, an isolated farmer. After collapsing in exhaustion, she wakes up in his house. As the night grows darker, she desperately tries to convince him that humanity is on the brink of being overrun by body-snatching mosquitoes — mutated by climate change into vampiric “mosquitozoids”. But when her brother arrives, her grip on reality is called into question.
