Çağıl Harmandar is an artist from İstanbul, Türkiye. She got a Studio Art degree in Boston, MA and moved to Japan in 2019 as a MEXT scholar to continue her studies at the Animation Department of the Tokyo University of Arts. She is now a practice based Phd Candidate at the same department.
