“Shaping change” portrays the female body's natural changes in different phases of life: puberty, childbirth, and menopause. Combining elements of documentary, fiction and dance the film follows three women in one old bath house where they reflect on their own bodies and how it makes them feel. The project explores body movement as a tool for understanding and expressing emotions arising from bodily change.
