Weightless

The short essayistic documentary 'Schwerelos' explores the topics of identity and mental struggle through the story of Max, who shares an intimate conversation about his complicated growing up. Max is never shown in the images, which creates a unique visual language and dynamic. The film gives an insight into the depths of the trans protagonist's psyche and, at the same time, into the limitations of our society.
