What at first appears to us like the fragmentation of most personal phone calls, unravels into a stocktaking by three women about their restrictive environment, invisible abuse and ingrained thought patterns. Quoting the habituated mechanisms of a bygone era, we see diverse images of masculinity shot on 16mm film material which simultaneously point at the proximity of the reports.
